Who Are We?

We are the high school youth group of the First Congregational Church, United Church of Christ, Crystal Lake, Illinois - and their friends. We get together for different reasons, some fun and some serious, growing in our Christian faith understanding that everyone is different. PF is a safe environment where everyone is accepted, and you are free to be yourself. At PF you can talk freely, explore what you believe, meet new people who won't judge you, and make life-long friends.

We have weekly Fellowship on Sunday nights, 6:30-8:30 PM in the Youth Room.

Small Groups meet on Wednesday evenings from 7:00-9:00 PM. This is a setting that lets us further develop relationships and have more in-depth discussions.

We also meet for an annual weekend retreat, and a week-long work tour in the summer.

Work Tour is a wonderful experience where we grow in faith and strengthen our connection to FCC and the PF family. We also form new relationships with teens from around the country while providing service to others in need. To secure a spot on Work Tour, a $50 non-refundable cash deposit is due by Sunday, December 9. Checks should be made out to FCC with "PF Work Tour" in the memo line, and given to Rev. Dave. You may also make payments online at http://fcc-cl.org/. Scholarships are available.

Small Group

Small Group has started! We are looking forward to another great year of small groups...please join us!

We meet Wednesday nights 7:00-9:00pm at The Linnings' - 1003 Village Road, CL

Youth Room Project!

We are painting starting on Friday. Color selection will be Thursday at 2:00 p.m. If you have painting supplies, bring them or drop them off by the youth room. Contact Jenny Hendricks (815) 383-0004, jjhendricks4@att.net for more information.

Sunday School JAM
